It is “our” Vik, but I don’t think he knew Sandra, just was getting harassed by Scavs.

Haaa I just came across this message for the first time on my 2nd PT and had the same question.
that’s not Vik being Sandra friend but actively threating Scavs and when I read that it kind of put off the fact that he backed down from Saka if you send Jackie’s body to him but it’s understandable that he did. Though speaking not backing down from Saka if they went to Vik’s to pick up Jackie’s body we have to assume they went to Mama Well’s place too trying to get Jackie’s body and she told them where they can stick it well at least that’s how I head cannon it.
Vik is one scary motherfucker.
You don’t really think of him that way, because he’s basically “cool uncle Vik” towards Jackie and V, but he’s very much a lean mean murder machine.
He’s not Morgan Blackhand, but he’s definitely no slouch. Just because he decided to retire as a Ripper doesn’t mean that’s changed.
