My loot I’ve been getting since the update ,I farm t2 contracts so that in the next game I do T3 contracts but, with loot like this and blueprints have stupid long cooldowns I don’t think I’m going to t3 zone anytime soon ( also not mention decoy and nerf and the crossbow nerf I found that out the hard way )

Mine has been like that.
My buddy would get all sorts of stuff.
But the only thing I’ve been getting since release is sodas and tools.
But to answer your question, I don’t remember seeing anything in the patch notes.
But then again, that doesn’t mean much 😅
They could’ve done it regardless
I’ve been getting ammo mods and 2 plates almost exclusively while completing T3 contracts.
