As far as my modem and router goes, I still need to figure out what to do with them. All I know is they can’t be moved from that side.

To get the rest of your cables neater and more hidden you may need to buy longer cables. As for the router maybe get a small monitor riser (Ikea sells them) so you could bundle the cables and stuff them under.
With the shape of that nook, I wonder how your setup would look with a classic Art Deco desk?
Oh wow, I would go bananas here with warm color tones, put up some shelfs.. really transform it into a small cozy corner.
