Looks like MSI 1070-1080 aero aka the blower version. They uses reference PCB so its the bare minimum to get those thing running but it will run fine.
It says MICRO-STAR Model MS-V348 on the back boxed with the FCC logo which looks to be a GTX 1080 based on a quick search. Not half bad.
