Looks great, but assuming you are not standing to use the top monitor, I would drop both monitors down to the lowest position as I guarantee that will give you neck ache after a while (even on the bottom monitor possibly depending on how you sit). Best practice is actually to have your eye-line level with the top of the monitor so you are not straining to look up at all.
I have a dual-stack as well, but have them as low as possible.
