Search for:
If you lure a tier 2 HVT contract into the tier 3 zone it will give you tier 3 loot

I did this earlier but forgot to save the gameplay and got the ray gun plan

So I ran it again and on this run you can see I get the element pop recipe!

This exact HVT contract is the only one i have found to work so far

    I’ve seen tier 2 contracts a lot having refined and flawless crystals… do t have to drag them to tier 3
