Enough or too little LM?

Hey OGs of OC

I am not so used to LM.
Had the system running (worse temps than before) could be I was a little bit too cautious with applying LM on my I9-9900k and ICUe cooler.

What do you think?

Also i am not sure if i was able to get even and good pressure on it. Some part looked like “dried” LM (just looked like a metalic pouder finish) another had like a depot.
Thought I am going to be a big boy and do it myself, so i got no pics directly after.

Can i find somewhere the correct height for the standoff screws and my cpu + cooler confic?
