Circles tend to shift away from certain areas including many cities or parts of them. (“Water shifts” don’t only happen phase 3 to 4). But very few people know exactly how it works.
no. it being really rare is part of the lore imo.
My thing is, why do they always tweak the formula to favor certain parts of the map? It’s not random. But I don’t understand why. A couple of events ago, there were a half dozen or more Los Leones/SE finishes. Zero this tourney.
