I was trying to get the ACT 1 story mission after post 750 zombies kill XP drop off from the standard map. The game crashed during the exfil, loaded back in, and got all these items in my rucksack. The game seems to not recognize these items and the storage limit does not apply here, happy to see if this can be replicated.
I believe if you exfil normally now, it will auto delete items until stash+backpack inventory is back to normal. Since you have 10 by stash and 8 by backpack, you have 18 slots available. If you exfil with 8 more crystals, it will delete 7 of them from your bag and keep one to make it 18.
I’d highly recommend fixing this asap. Delete Jugg suit, all circuits, and monkey. Cannot get them when you infil so wastes a slot and potentially bugs your stash preventing you from keeping stuff when you exfil.
