I see an opportunity to try and knock those dents out, realistically you aren’t losing anything by trying.

The case comes apart, so get those panels off and grab a hammer. Tap the creases out, sand and respray. At worst it’s a learning experience, at best it will look like nothing ever happened to it. There are people that make BANK removing dings from car panels without the luxury of being able to use a hammer and anvil/hard surface to work against. I’ll bet there are videos on how to DIY dent removal.

Disposing old case might be a little inconvenient if you do t want to dump it on the street. That’s why I think new egg should arrange collection for disposal
At least you didn’t order from amazon, that box would of been just bricks wrapped in paper if you did.
Good thing newegg just did not randomly decide to ban your account because it happens to a lot of people who do a chargeback or ask for a refund op.

Happened the same with another case (a mini one) with PSU included. Totally disappointed when opened since the box was mint. Luckily the seller sent me a new one without requesting the bent one back, so now I have an additional PSU as a backup. Not all the bad things have bad ends.
