For some reason my [patriot ram kit](https://i.redd.it/4ygc4xhy2f3c1.jpg) will not let me use sleep mode w/ my ryzen 3600 / x470 board, even at JEDEC speeds
Reproducing this with my Micron Rev E. kit is very hard without a manual OC, it happens rarely

Did you reset cmos?
Probably related to CKE, tXP and timings ending in PDEN
