I’m saying 2003-2004 because of the dvd sticker on the screen.
Someone recently got a dvd drive and someone put a code, likely a license key for Nero burning rom on their screen so they wouldn’t lose it.
Also likely pre-mid year 2004 because Windows messenger as opposed to Msn Messenger.
