Is there a way to walk slow like that with a keyboard? (other than going over carrying limit)
The only problem is most of the time the npc cars and people aren’t synced with the traffic lights, I see them sit at greens and have all four directions go at the same time causing jams
I love talking to random npcs. Not anything I would do in real life, but I am usually surprised by what they say.

This only became a thing like 10 days ago. Even after PL came out, the pedestrians would do the copy paste thing like you see a cool looking pedestrian and look at them with the scanner and than walk away and see the same exact pedestrian. Than another. Than another. Etc. and I’d get thrown right out of the immersion and I’d start seeing the game as goofy and end up uninstalling.
I decided to randomly try the game a few weeks ago and they completely fixed it FINALLY.
Yup. This play through I’ve been walking most places. Amazing what they created.
Glad I’m not the only one, the immersion in this game is almost unbeatable
