Is this the Five’0? Imo they arent as good anymore as youre now stuck with mediocre marksman scopes instead of proper Sniper scopes

Because tech are simply better. With abilities like bolt and chain lightning and up to 100 percent AP and wall penetration.
Breakthrough and Rasetsu are simply miles ahead.

Finished complete play through using Panam’s Silenced Overwatch Sniper Rifle. IMHO couldn’t be beaten and I kept comparing it with others. The whole point of being a Sniper is being quiet. Number of times I cleared half the enemy or more before they were alerted I’ve lost count.
