Hi guys built a new pc last week (b650 aorus elite ax, 7800 x3d, 32gb corsair ram 6000mhz with tightened timings 28/35/35/28 , 4090 suprim liquid and m.2 storage). Ram oc was easy, however i can’t seem to make the cpu hold 5050mhz while doing a cinebench run or running timespy ( it reaches 4650 mhz while occt stresstesting). What i have in bios: pbo enabled and co of negative 37 (stable), no expo but manually oced the ram, stet soc voltage to 1.2v, increased pbo limits(motherboard limits wich you can see in ryzen master wich gave me a couple degrees less heat for whatever reason). What i tried: various load line calibration offsets (no difference other than slight temps increase), clock boost override (again no difference), pbo enhanced thermal limits (again no difference setting it at 90 level 1 or 90 level 5), pbo scalar(setting it to 2x gave me immediately errors in windows so i left it alone), downloaded the socket drivers from amd website (no difference). Am i missing something? Anything else i could try? Is this normal behavior or can it actually hold the max clock while under fairly heavy load? Tbh i’m pretty content with the results but i’m set on chasing the last 0.5% of performance if possible. Thanks in advance.

Highest score I got out of my 7800x3d same motherboard is 14638. What cooler are you running? Any WHEA errors in the event log?
save your bios settings and then just run it stock, everything, see what it does
