Wondering why I can’t get it to boot at its advertised 4000mhz off xmp.
Took it out to reset and noticed the heat spreader only touches 1 or 2 of my memory modules… Hopefully it works better when I swap this aweful double sided tape for thermal pads.
You can see the contact in the adhesive. Hardly any of the modules. The other side I took off half way through doing the first stick I noticed part way through they ran out of thin adhesive and put a twice as thick pad for the last little bit.
