My account was hacked and banned but support refuses to believe that!

I stopped playing the game for 2 months and I came back in November to find that my account was banned
then I tried going into another account and see what it looks like
then I found that my username was changed (was previously KHPKero) and flag was changed
I tried making a claim but it was declined and I tried contacting email support but they didn’t help me much and I wouldn’t go these lengths if I actually hacked the game

I really need help as this account was created from the days of og season 2 and I have spent money on it
I have many screenshots of the ban time (10 years) and me contacting support but the sub doesn’t allow more than 1 photo
