Why is there no option to enable XMP in the BIOS?

  1. Your ram is running at 3200 mhz. Rams works dual channel blah blah blah, basically cpu-z shows ram speed half. If your rams are 3200mhz advertised and cpu-z saysa 1600mhz, you are at 3200mhz.

I believe you have a JEDEC only kit. I.e. it’ll only run 3200 CL22 unless you tune manually. Some kits just don’t have XMP, even modern ones.

I have no idea what the other comments are on about, there is a JEDEC 3200 MT/s CL22 standard, and that is not XMP. Yea you are running 3200 MT/s but with loose timings.
