as others have said your monitor is toast. my advice would be this if you are over 18+ and don’t pay rent be careful how you ask dad to reimburse you for his accident. cause your 200$ monitor could easily turn into a monthly installment if you a little bitch about lol.

i just had a medion TV fall from its mount today and it didnt even get a scratch.
Make him guilt purchase you a very expensive monitor for mental overcompensation.
The cost of fixing this is as much as buying a brand new monitor
