I kinda liked him. Thought he was cool. I was disappointed he was killed so quickly. Like I think that instead, he starts helping out and gets a little close to So Mi’s truth and that’s when he gets zapped.

He confuses me. He’s more straight forward than the other VDBs, more normal and less obsessed with the black wall and such, but yet it’s the thing he’s lacking that defines the rest of the VDBs as we know them. It makes him feel like a non VDB, like he and his are former members that were cast out of the real VDBs or something.

His death was also my first time playing anything with haptic headphones. That was pretty crazy. Also I thought he was interesting and his history with the team was interesting as well. A cool character I appreciated. He reminded me of Bridgette, someone you meet for a short time that you feel could easily be a more important or main character. Great writing and design.

Not a great fellow, but I’d still have saved him from the AI if I could. I didn’t have the stats to on my first run, so I was very disappointed on my next encounter that a max int dialogue option essentially changed one voice line where you tell Reed to Jack him out, but then everything else was identical including his death. That was pretty lacklustre
