So I made an impulse order for a 7000Mhz 32 CL(2×16 gb) ram on sale for my build with 7800x3d and RTX4090. On doing further research, I am learning that 7000mhz RAM can cause stabilty issues with AM5 and the recommended sweet spot is 6000 @ 30 CL.
My question is.. Should I simply realize i made a wrong choice and return this 7000mhz cl 32 ram and get a 6000mhz CL 30 stick?
Or can I keep the keep the 7000mhz RAM and can I underclock it of sorts to make it work better than a 6000 @30cl?
If underclocking will yield better result, what are some optimal setting I can try? 6200/6400 or is it possible to go tighter timing like cl 30 or cl28 with this kit?
This is my 1st AMD build and some guides on underclocking rams will be appreciated.

With a 7000 kit your probably gonna get some good hynix die stuff, so there shouldn’t be any issue with just setting it to 6000 cl 30, and then making sure you tighten the primaries and subtimings down as much as possible to maximize performance
