I made a custom Ash wood desk top for my Uplift sit-stand desk a year ago, but added monitor arms to maximize desk space. Also updated the office space with new paint and lights. Love this new setup!

Dude, your cable management is impressive! Can you share more about the cable splitters on that wooden board? It seems like maybe a type of KVM for USB and HDMI connections.
