Nope, that’s just the famous quadruple gang. Can never be trialed cause they can’t pin anything definitely to any one member.
It amazes how it borks out some times.
Usually there is no dupes but then bang last time i had it i saw 6 same ladies in white suit i turned corner and saw 3 more 😐
There are two reasons why I use lowest crowd density:
1. lower CPU load, 2. fewer NPC clones
I think it’s like the twins you have to fist fight where there’s like hivemind quintuplets walking around the city
I thought this was a reference to poser gangs that are in the TTRPG book, I believe Mike Pondsmith even mentions this type of gang on the Morro Rock radio station.
I’m always surprised that every time I fight a gang of more than three Animals, there’s always a Coach Fred in the mix…

Most of the time it isn’t as bad as this but duped NPC are seriously a problem
Most of the time you are too focused on something else to notice, but if you do notice a particular NPC and keep it in your mind, you will start to see it over and over and over and over again
