Actually, that couls be a reference. And if it is, it’s a nice one!
The lyrics are from a RHCP song so it’s not out of the question that she’d have references from other IRL bands
I think indirectly, a lot of metal bands from the same era have similar iconography on their album covers and merch.
If it’s not a reference to Vic Rattlehead, then it’s an amazing coincidence haha.

More than likely. Music is a big thing in this game and a ton of her tattoos are music related.
They don’t even look the same. As someone mentioned, the Neuromancer book cover is more similar and would make more sense.
