The hacker i kept kicking him out of my account have enabled 2FA with phone number and now iam locked out of my account.
I tried to login from every other social media i have and from email and all of them need approval from his phone number.

Have you tried to change the verification method? Surely you have other social media accounts connected to you PUBGM account?
