I think it could appear again if you click on “report teammate” (only the one that finished you will be affected tho), but if he killed you just report and restrain him immediately there’s 0 reason not to do it right after he kills you.

Haa, happened to me once. My teammate blew me to take my loot. I had fun restraining and unrestraining them, you could see the confusion. Ended up leaving the match
It could be really funny to restrain them when a team is coming their way, when it looks like they’re about to win. Make them a deer in headlights, frantically tapping and cursing until their end.
