It’s standard issue with the romance now. Just takes awhile to pop up sometimes.

It was added in one of the updates, not sure which though, in order to make the romances feel a little more important instead of just over after their mission.

i knew what it was before i even clicked on it lol. It was either gonna be this or one of her attrocious attempts at flirting. They added lots of new texts for V’s friends post 1.5 i think it was, to help add a level of immersion to the game. It also stops the end of the the friends questlines feeling jarring because you finish it and its just radio silence. I think you can now go and sleep with which one you chose to dick down now too, with panam specifically its in her tent at the aldecaldo camp.
I was so surprised by this message in my first 2.0 playthrough that i immediately crashed my car when i closed the msg, no word of a lie.
