ROG b450i motherboard with a 5900x.
PBO2 caused the vrm to throttle in r23, even with a fan zip tied to it.
So i cut the stock heatsink lapped a flatish spot on it and attached a modified m.2 cooler called the m.2 three to it with some TIM and a little thermal pad in the booboo zones.
VRM hits 96c but no longer package throttles in r23.
