Yeah you can audibly hear V click it on when you take it out and click it off when they put it away. It does more damage that way
Holy shit that’s a thing that happens? I love this game. I remember back in the day there was this cutscene in devil may cry 1 where the electric sword pierces Dante and it made the controller vibrate like crazy and females could use that to do a certain something…

Yes it’s intentional, Borderlands 2 made a similar joke with gun “The Good Touch”.
