This is probably a scam. The GPU alone is at least $500. A 4070 build is probably closer to $1000 at least.

750 is a good deal, make sure it works in person and double check the PSU and CPU are correct. you can type system into the search bar to pull up the CPU info and then open GeForce experience to verify the GPU which should already be installed since its a RTX 4070. Also if the seller has many reviews and they have close to a 5 star rating that is a good indicator usually if something is legit especially on FB marketplace.

Sometimes deals like that are lurking, due diligence is always best, but idk why everybody just assumes immediately scam. Some people want to sell their stuff off fast (moving, emergency, etc.), some people have plenty of money and fail to do research on their own parts, $750 is what they want/need and they could care less to do the research and or wait around for an extra few hundred bucks. Uncommon, but not instantly a scam.
