My bad, let me read the label on an aircraft actively falling out of the sky while it’s on fire
DarkAge19
They were fucking around and they found out.
Rip Scorpion
Thanks for the bike choom!

If these nomads had diatance then it’s their fault for rushing in without using binoculars or a high powered scope. If they were already at predicted crash spot then it was bad luck.
SemmaelSama
No, it was never V’s fault the nomads went there to plunder and rob a downed transport.
It’s like blaming the butcher when a chicken bone stuck in your throat while eating dinner.
fellipec
It’s all Panam’s fault
xGenocidest
No. Dumbasses shouldn’t be trying to loot a downed transport outside of NC.
Maybe sit back and use some binoculars before rushing in to some Corpo clusterfuck.
Emotional_Relative15
Nah, im pretty sure one of the dialogue options mentions that the aldecaldos were looking to strip the AV, so they did it themselves.
Its arguable that its panams fault though, she should have called mitch or scorpion and gave them the rundown. Theres no guarantee that the promise of loot wouldnt have still given the same result though.
Builder_liz
They just lucky Kang Tao swears revenge but is never seen again lol
QuincyFlynn
Mitch never blames me on my playthrough, he even tried to tell Scorpion to hold off.
T-Toyn
Yeah, the whole thing felt like plot (in)convenience to me. For some reason the Aldecaldos try to help a 100 million Eddies armed shuttle that got shot down, and all their communication devices work, except Panam’s.
sealbass
Nope, I’d say it’s Panam’s for not telling them what she was gonna do beforehand. If the Aldecaldos normally check downed ships why would she think this would be any different?

AAS02-CATAPHRACT
I’m just wondering how they didn’t notice the fucking missile that shot the thing down.
psycho_candy0
What gets me is most the Aldacaldos were veterans of the last corporate war. So you’re telling me these trained vets just rush into a situation without any kind of recon or intelligence? Like were the tactics of corporate wars just to throw everyone available into a meat grinder?
Critical_Vegetable96
No. In fact if it wasn’t for V there would’ve been no survivors. The Nomads went off half-cocked and didn’t bother to do any recon before charging in. Simply pulling up far enough away to scan but not engage would’ve prevented the whole thing but they drove straight in instead.
ActualWeen
Nothing is ever v’s fault.
Paradox31426
No, I honestly don’t even blame the Kang Tao guys either, imagine you weather an EMP, then get shot down, and when you crash there’s a bunch of heavily armed Nomads waiting to “help”.
Scorpion killed those Nomads, and himself, Kang Tao was just how.
aclark210
Not even remotely. They approached a military style AV without properly identifying who owned it first. Idc if they wanted to help or not, Mitch and scorpion would’ve been familiar with that model from the war, they would’ve known anyone using that model of AV wasn’t just a rich civilian out on the town. They should’ve been more careful, and it’s their own fault that they all got killed.
ImmaFish0038
Well you wouldnt see that when its hundreds of feet above you and rapidly falling out of the sky would you.
SVons123
While yeah it’s obvious when it’s not rapidly falling and on fire, there’s also probably cases of people renting these or using them as transport and the logos of the corp are still all over it even if not used specifically by them
I_Really_Seriously
And like, only ones who can fly AVs are either filthy rich or working for the filthy rich, aka they’re all corpos and there isnt a corpo who likes nomads
IsthianOS
Idk about you guys but if I see someone use a surface to air missile on something I’m prob not gonna go check it out in case the people with missiles are also going to be there but that’s just me.
