Here is a list of where to get each of the schematics since I know I was struggling to find this and I hope this helps everyone.
UPDATES:After my original post I made some clarification updates and two changes, both shatter blast and dead wire schematics I have gotten in tier 2 not tier 2.
NOTE:that these are referencing to the crafting schematics not the actual item

This still isn’t correct. Items aren’t limited to certain tiers. Every tier has a chance to drop every item. The higher the tier the higher the chance you get a more rare item though.
Elemental Pop is a T3 schematic? Wtf that’s kinda weird

What do you mean by Act 1 mission? Is that a reward for a mission?
