Having a choice of Iconics to use is obviously a good thing. Yet there is a short gig in Dogtown where you only see 2 people and get 2 iconics in the end which seems a bit too much.

Actually it’s funny, I think I’ve seen more gold-tier weapons just on random NPCs throughout NC more than I ever saw before the update

Problem with iconics is that nearly no of them have mod slots. Tons od mods wasted since you can’t upgrade non-iconic weapons.

The problem isnt too many iconic. It’s too many iconics that don’t even do anything neat or have new models. And most of them you can’t add mods so…

I basically only use iconics since there are so many iconic pistols and they are super cool
So I just have a bunch of useless mods laying around

I used to use a lot more non-iconic weapons pre PL, but now going through my second playthrough of phantom liberty, all I use is iconics. I don’t care about mods. Most of the iconics are so good on their own that they don’t need them.

I don’t think so. Iconics are fun and can be upgraded, they also often provide some alternative things that you wouldn’t expect from the season type

We still don’t have an Achilles iconic with a good color scheme (seriously the Widowmaker is so ugly from up close), so I’d say we don’t have enough.

Too many iconic pistols and revolvers, and barely any iconic lmg or smg. Also why is there barely any blade weapon that’s not a katana, like maybe a scimitar or western blades like claymore.

They also seem a bit unevenly distributed. There’s like a million and one iconic handguns, lots of ARs, SMGs, katanas and clubs. A few shotguns. But only one hammer, that one is kinda a drag to use because it slows you down so much. And no iconic LMGs at all. And I really want an iconic chain-sword.

I think it’s because there were originally more dlc’s planned but were scrapped due to the game engine change for the sequel. So instead of letting the iconic concepts be scrapped they just crammed them all into PL

Nope, can’t say I have complaints about more variety. I’m bummed we can’t customize our own weapons/cyberware to the point they become iconic, I want a silent precision rifle!

No. I played it stealth hacker with throwing knives. I think I got two iconic weapons maybe. The axe is really good though. Would have liked a new hack or a new deck with some cool effects. The only new deck/hack I’m aware of takes alot of work to get and you gotta choose an ending I wouldn’t have thought would give you it. It is cool though, but you would think siding with reed wouldn’t allow you to get it.
