Just looking for some advice on where to go from here?
I just completed a 7800x3d build and copied some ram timings from Actual Overclocking Tuber, though my latency is \~10ns higher compared to some folks calming they did the same thing.
What can I tighten up here to improve the situation?

You are running AIDA in hypervisor mode. Turn off Core Isolation in Windows.
