P.S i have made a door front for the box with cables inside, also potentially adding a vertical 3rd monitor on the right to centre my main pc monitor. anyone got some suggestions wall decor, small items below monitors, opinions on the 3rd monitor, etc.

Use led diffusers for you rgb strips. Cover that pc cabinet under the table. Put little bit decor to empty space on the table. Hide all the cabbles.
I’d suggest LED hexagons plus a monitor lamp (Miija/Xiaomi).

Rip out those LED lights, they look horrid
In my opinion the desk is huge, so I wouldn’t keep everything that tightly together. maybe move the PC and PS5 down a bit. A desk mat would be a good call also. Maybe consider mounting the boom arm some where near the back side of the desk.
