Smasher would have about as much trouble with Robocop as he did Johnny.. which is none. It wouldn’t even be a fight.
Now you give Robocop a full Borg body, and your set. He could go toe to toe with Smasher, and probably win assuming their chrome and weaponry is about equal. He wouldn’t have to worry about Cyberpsychosis.
