Whenever I look on my map these never came up. Only today when I was scrolling for achievement hunting I saw the “judgement day” achievement. On my map it never showed any icons of these “increased criminal activity” locations. Is it a bug? Or is it a console only thing? I’m on PC.

I’ve only seen one and it was in dogtown. I’m on ps5 if anyone cares.
It may be a bug, or you just have them deactivated from showing up on the map. They’re pretty cool. Aside from the achievement, they have bossfights, and they reward you with iconic weapons.
Shout out to the people in POWERPYX, they always help me save time for those collectible achivements/trophies that I can’t find in the map on my own.
You go close to them. There’s on there, one where the Voodoo Boys hang out near the stadium, and one at the amusement park.
They’re part of the dlc, I’ve only seen one tho. They’ve got good tasty loot in em
There’s 3, just in Dogtown. They appear on the map when you get close to them, although sometimes they can not show up on the map after already discovering them. When you go down to Alex’s hideout before infiltrating the Black Sapphie she has a dossier of these, pick up the intel item and the locations are marked on the map.
It’s under the “exploration” tab in your map, so it’s bars, strippers, and mini boss fights.
There’s three of these bases, each one with a boss. One of them has a secret tunnel that runs underneath the Dogtown wall and brings you out of a random boat shop in Pacifica.
I remember early into my Dogtown journey thinking to myself, “somebody’s gotta have found a way in and out of Dogtown that bypasses the gate and stadium.”
And then I found this tunnel was like, “I knew it.”
Speaking of which, the main Dogtown entrance where you meet So Mi and there’s a line of people waiting to get in. Where exactly is that supposed to bring you? Through the stadium for some sort of customs process?
I’ve done one so far and now I wish there were many more scattered all over the world.
They’re sort of like these “mini dungeons”, with a big boss at the end of it. I hope they do more of this on the sequel.
