yeah i died like a dumbass, basically i was watching a video on my 2nd monitor (hence why i wasn’t even looking at the game screen) so i didn’t notice that the spawns were fucked for some reason and I died. BUT I HAD QUICK REVIVE, so far I had only 1 down, there are no reasons for QR to not work. I also have a video of QR failing me at round 76 on ascension and it happens a lot of times to me.

Why I never see anybody talking about it online ? (mods aren’t the issue, it already happened on my old fresh install way before i swapped textures and used 5and5’s HUD)
I have never seen this happen before.
