Hiya chooms! I was so excited to see that we finally got a proper thermal katana in the new patch, so I decided I was going to make it in real life. I 3D modelled the entire thing in Fusion 360, and it can easily be printed on a standard FDM printer. The design features a place to include a rechargeable 9v battery, allowing me to recharge my prop indefinitely, and there’s a small switch on the underside of the handle. The thermal blade part is printed in red translucent PLA, and a LED light strip runs along the inside to make it glow.
Everything was printed on my elegoo Neptune 3 Max FDM printer, however I specifically designed it to be printable on a standard Ender 3-sized printer. All the wiring is hidden via internal channels, with the end “cap” of the katana handle detaching and revealing the USB charging port on the battery.

That was cool love the Errata and Oni mask. Using Oni Masks for my Corpo Assasin. One with all white and another one all black. In some of the pictures you look like Psychloke if she got booted to Night City.
