It was your teammate using QEDs. You can hear his character say “[Something awesome just happened](https://youtu.be/oYZsmL33QIo?si=fvqm4atuxzZ2BSh7&t=12m41s)”, which is a quote said by Dempsey when a good effect is spawned by his QED.
