Your microphone is set up for the wrong orientation. The Yeti is a side-address microphone rather than the top. The Blue logo should be facing you for it to pick you up. In this orientation the capsule is facing the top of your computer.
Edit: Also, there’s no need for a pop filter if the mic sits that far away from your face, not that it should be used that far away either.

I’ve never seen or noticed popcorn texture on walls before. It’s much less offensive than popcorn ceiling.
