I think the game thought you hit a kill barrier, which is an instant game over. There’s no way this was enough distance to take a down from fall damage, considering you can survive the fall off the top of the Ruby Rabbit in Shadows. Maybe this happened because you had Staminup and an SMG, which is the maximum mobility possible, so the game maybe thought you were trying to jump out of bounds.
