I think it has to do with V betraying her, too many traumatic events and the one she trusted pushed her to cyberpsychosis which in turn led her to run on pure hate and anger for both reed and V

If V sides with Reed, Songbird manages to just make it out of the stadium before collapsing and being easily captured by MaxTac. Then during the attack on the convoy, she regains consciousness, but the Blackwall AI is in control of her actions at this point. By the time you get to her, she is practically dead.
If V sides with Songbird, she is coherent and in control the whole way to the spaceport, where she then loses consciousness and has to be carried the last little bit of the way.
