This is what happens when components are built to the absolute bare minimum spec. Fittings probably over tightened but honestly it should be much harder to have this issue.
These parts should be overbuilt.
To reinforce this: OP is getting absolutely dragged for tightening these until they stop, in their words. But I’m looking at these fittings and they don’t appear to use any tooling — so measuring torque is nearly impossible. They are small and are tightened with fingers (knurling on hose end). It also didn’t show cracks until a LONG time after install so it’s not like the OP hulk tightened it day 1.
Anything that is tightened by fingers should have more tolerance, and acrylic is rubbish for a fluid fitting. Fluid fittings should be aluminum ORB fittings or something similar. At bare minimum maybe flared aluminum barb fittings, maybe with a clamp — but that might be ugly.
I have an automotive background where the quality of hardware and attention to installation guidelines are both important. I don’t use junk parts and I don’t guess on torque where it matters.

Don’t get me wrong, what’s happening to you isn’t the norm for liquicool setups by any means, but I’d rather avoid the risk altogether, however small it may be.

These are not cracks, they are simply trapped water and air between the acrylic and the jet plate. Been into water-cooling for the last 10 years and I had the same thing on my water block multiple times.
You can ignore it or disassemble the water block to clean it. No need to worry.

Isn’t jet plate misaligned? From the photo it looks like it. Also I’ve overtightened fittings previously – those cracks doesn’t look like it’s from it. Cracks would come out from where fittings are all around.

Am I the only one here that can see that those ‘cracks’ are clearly inside the block, on the base layer so to speak?
How in the hell would overtightening the fittings cause cracks down there? It’s not even the same piece of acrylic the fittings are attached to, the acrylic that the fittings are threaded into would crack if they were overtightened.
I’m not even convinced they are cracks, that doesn’t look like a pattern anything would crack in, it looks more like some sort of reaction going on with the fluid.
