Unfortunately you have to get them either with in game purchase with cod points or through loot boxes. Once you get/buy them you get the attachments you unlocked for them
You gotta get lucky with getting it from the supply drops or you can save up and buy it for 50 crates
It just allows you to level up and earn camos before you unlock them. Tips for that; pick the easiest daily challenges that give the cases and just rush for them. You can earn about 8 or so a day if you get easy ones.
Then the black market bribes get you the exact gun you want
