Not worth the price, this game shouldn’t exist seeing the whole MW2 year 2 situation, way too similar to the previous one, maybe in sale at 19.99 in one year.

Back to zombies, not a fan of the militarization/MP related stuff in Zombies, and not having a Zombie Map (warzone/dmz maps are not zombies maps) really takes the immersion and the fun out of the equation

I played the shit out of DMZ and always loved zombies so I will definitely be playing it

I’m super hyped for this mode, I mean there’s gonna be 100+ guns to pack a punch and a whole open world to explore!

  4. meep7923

I loved outbreak, and always wanted the world to be more open. So i pre-ordered as soon as i could and the open mp beta was fun. So i am more than exited!

  5. they should bring extinction back to infinityward cods in this outbreak style and leave zombies as is

  6. Not a fan, so I’m gonna skip this title, honestly I might just wait until sometime next year when it’s added to gamepass.

Looks like a fun one year thing, wouldn’t want it to be the primary way Zombies is played going forward.

Imo they had it perfect with WaW-bo3, then changed things in bo4 which were weird and hurt it, but was still ‘zombies’. Then they went to CW and changed a lot, and while it still had a zombies feel, it really just felt like multiplayer with a zombies paint job, and now it just feels like multiplayer. I get it if they want to change their game to be their game, but don’t expect your audience who praised your early success to be the same that praises your later one.

TLDR: Early fans and Newer fans will have different opinions.

Zombie fans when the studios try something new: 🤬😡🔪

  10. Im excited for zombies.. however, the one thing I am on the fence about in MWZ is the one hour limit. Once I play it I might feel fine about it.. but right now thats the one thing that boggles the mind a bit.

It’s gonna suck. They’d rather invest time to make a bland but large map so that can churn out basic events with spongey bosses and boring objectives rather than invest the same amount of time into a few really good interesting and well thought out maps. Genuinely not touching another cod going forward till they figure their shit out

  12. barrack_osama_0

BO3 modders already did it better lol

  13. BigDong1142

    Zombies changed and that’s okay.

It no longer resembles the mode I fell in love with and that’s okay.

  14. MetalDaddy

I’ll be skipping out. I’ll watch a couple videos to see how it plays but honestly doesn’t look like much will be missed.

I like the PaP skin though.

  15. ripshitonrumham

Sounds like a fun, and interesting take on zombies. I’m excited to try it

  16. BlueDemon999

I loved DMZ so I’ll definitely enjoy MWZ.

Hell, since there’s no PvP it’s gonna be even more fun since I can get everyone to have like this big caravan and just go zombie hunting lol.

As others mention, it’s certainly different than what we are use to. Really trying to push the outbreak format which I’m personally not the biggest fan of but I can see why they want the evolution in a whole “new story, new iteration” aspect.

Would be cool tho if they did something like what they did for Tranzit and broke the map up into smaller maps we can do round based stuff on. Satisfies the traditional crowd for a very low workload since it’s just an asset flip (granted zombies itself has always been asset flips lol).

I am excited but I know it’s not going to be a big deal. I am actually waiting for what treyarch has in store after this cod. I’ll take this as a “testing” the limits on what they can do with this DMZ style of zombies.

To be fair I love round based and will always do but i definitely have stopped playing zombies because there’s nothing interesting to do other than replaying the same EEs and getting to round 100 for the 100th time.

It’s a nice change, what I am worried is that the core mode itself will be fun but that’s it, no content updates or anything, just 3 – 4 replayable objectives with some variations and that’s it. (which I am 90% sure it will happen)

I hope I am wrong because as an OG zombies fan, I am welcoming this change but I hope they keep it alive and don’t use it as a filler mode. Because if it’s going to be, I prefer getting to round 100 again in the same OG maps than replaying a stale mode over and over.

Shoulda been Free2Play like the mode its supposed to replace, just behind the paywall to pad out that ridiculous mw3 price tag. Paying +$70 for a dlc/overhaul lol crazy, don’t the devs earn enough money with all the bundles they shove down peoples throats?

  20. bubble_dduck

Low expectations because of how much of a letdown Vanguard’s new thing was but I’ll give it a shot and hope for the best.

  21. I am confused how we are supposed to grind for camos if we can’t bring in custom loadouts (time based insured weapons). They were on a long cooldown for DMZ and the only way to keep using them is by exfiling.

Just stay in World Tier 1 and do camo challenges for each weapon?

  22. godtier300sosa

Stupid. Everything that made bo3/4 zombies and older so good is all gone and always has been

  23. fundipu2ys

I think it’s rather neat. Something to sink my teeth into until round based next year

  24. MrKillaDolphin

I’m not getting the game, because I can’t shell out $70 for a mode I don’t really play a lot of anymore like I used to, but I’m still optimistic for its success!

Vanguard wasn’t great, and I took a chance on it post launch, and it had decent game mechanics (I actually enjoyed the relic system but wasn’t a big fan of the perk system) and Shi No was the only worthwhile redeeming quality of the game, which says a lot. Outbreak was good but it just got too repetitive and the objectives weren’t that fun.

All in all, it’s a unique take on the mode and I think it’s good that they still try to innovate the mode, and if they didn’t take chances we wouldn’t know if they improved anything

  25. ChoppaGoStoopid

Personally I think it’s a huge W, I loved round based but I love open world too , I think it’ll be a banger🔥🔥🔥 I enjoy zombies no matter what it’s what I grew up on since BO1 and have fun on , even played all of Vanguard zombies with 0 complaints

  26. QuietAlice343

I liked outbreak I’ll probably like this

  27. TheEpicShepard

why the fuk hasnt survival spec ops come back from og mw3 was such a great mode

  28. Portablemammal1199

I think PvP would be better considering the squads. Instead it won’t have any. Rip
