Im currently trying to get the most possible from my system but when i compare the 3dmark results to the top i wonder how it was achieved, if maybe was silicon lottery, a better cooling solution or better settings, hope u guys can help me out!

CPU looks about right in my opinion. Seems like you can go further in your card even if you wanted to. Up the minimum frequency to 2200 or so, and run some stability test. 900mv at 2.6ghz is quite aggressive. I have a 6800xt that does 2700 at 1050. You can limit your max voltage in more power tool but I think the 6800 already comes with lower voltage.
