Buddy helped me out with some free Ram,
They run at 4800 but no XMP.
First time ever using DDr5.
Just want to get the most out of these sticks since they were free.
I have 12900k on RoG z690i, just want to know if these are stuck at 4800.

Not stuck at 4800, but you will need to manually tune them from scratch. Pretty generic process of add voltage, loosen timings, find max stable frequency. Then tighten timings afterwards. You should be able to land in the 5600-6000MT/s range.
