This is basically what I recall high school looking like as a teenager. Lighting wasn’t as bad but everything else is 100% bona-fide American public school.

You can fly to it. It’s roughly in line with those collector things in the ocean, over land to the left of the ocean, a couple hundred feet in the air
So you can’t see it if you’re on the ground, or too high above the ground
