The ram kit is g.skill trident z neo f4-3600c16d-32gtzn. It’s b-die. Original timings are 16-16-16-36 I’ve pushed to 14-14-14-28 on the same 3600mhz frequency. I can get it to 3733mhz but I can not for the life of me get to 4000. 4000 fails to post at all. I’ve tried loosening the timings to like 16-20-20-40? And still was a no go.

So questions are,
1. Is my cpu the reason I can not achieve 4000mhz? (I’ve seen others do it)
2. Can I get the timings tighter like perhaps 13 or 12 and be stable?
3. I’m new to overclocking and trying to read the 10-20 articles I have and through hours of testing different settings I feel like I’m just as confused as when I began. So any insight/information dumbed down would help a bunch.
4. Should I remove my all core 4.7 ghz oc on cpu to use pbo or curve optimizer and if so can someone help me with going about using that as well.

Setup:
ryzen 7 5800x all cores locked to 4.7ghz
Asus rog strix x570-e mobo
32gb 2×16 trident z neo b die ram
Asus 3090ti
360mm aio cpu cooler (push pull setup)

Temps stay fairly cool/average. (4.8ghz causes overheat cpu crash in stress test. 4.7ghz runs fine)

I feel like there is still more room to push further the performance or am I maxed out?

Thanks in advance for any information and help.
I look forward to learning from you all!🙂
